My beautiful mom and grandma had me working at a stove as soon as I could reach with the help of a step stool! Since then, cooking has always been a hobby and passion of mine. I am also classicly trained with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Management.
About 10 years ago, my husband Tony was diagnosed with Lupus. We found out the hard way that what you put into your body really does matter! Preservatives are very hard for him to digest, so I have dedicated the last decade of my life learning all about natural "from scratch" cooking, and special diets and nutrients.
